Mr. Petrulis is a nationally recognized lecturer and instructor who leads educational seminars and workshops for M&A intermediaries on a regional and national basis. He is also a popular speaker to professional groups, including the legal and financial communities, on M&A subjects dealing with business sales, and growth through acquisition, and the benefits of professional M&A advisory to privately held companies.   

Mr. Petrulis has held many professional leadership positions in the M&A industry. He was elected 2006 Chairman of The M&A SOURCE ( www.masource.org ) the leading national association whose membership is made up exclusively of M&A intermediaries who specialize in lower middle market M&A transactions. He is also member of the Board of Directors of the International Business Brokers Association ( www.ibba.org ), an organization encompassing over 1800 members. In addition, he has been twice elected President of the Midwest Business Brokers and Intermediaries Association ( www.mbbi.org ).

Mr. Petrulis has been awarded the highly coveted designations of Merger and Acquisition Master Intermediary (M&AMI) by The M&A SOURCE, and Certified Business Intermediary (CBI) by the International Business Brokers Association (IBBA). These designations have become the recognized symbols of professionalism in the M&A industry.
